A 100% inspection of your components is implemented through the combination of a 3D surface inspection, a large-area telecentric 2D inspection and a 2D & 3D inspection with an optical micrometer. The special feature of the combination of different inspection sensors is that the inspections are not only viewed independently of one another. The transfer to a common coordinate system enables high-precision results to be delivered.

Combination of 2D & 3D inspection methods
In order to map the required inspection protocols of our customers, we combine different sensors in the inspection system. The combination of laser triangulation and optical micrometer for 3D feature recognition and large-area telecentric vision systems with cameras for 2D feature recognition are often used.

MABRI.VISION not only uses different sensors and inspection methods in the MV.EYE i2 WT inspection system to inspect the features of your components, but also combines the inspection data received and calculates the coordinate systems for optimal inspection results.
Permanently precise results
We supply calibration defaults as standard to meet the ISO 10012 norm with traceability to national calibration standards. All of our calibration standards come from DAkkS certified test laboratories with a corresponding calibration certificate. The MABRI.VISION software supports you with the regular inspection of the measuring system as part of inspection equipment monitoring. Expert knowledge is not required to perform the inspection.
